What To Expect

Business brokers offer professional representation for business sellers. The process of selling a business is similar to that of selling real estate. A business broker values, confidentiality markets, and assists with selling businesses rather than houses. It is essential for a Business Broker to possess a comprehensive understanding of how small businesses function and be able to offer our clients valuable advice and guidance. A high standard of ethics is essential for this position.

You will provide advisory and brokerage services to a wide variety of small to medium-sized businesses (valuation of $500,000 to $5,000,000) throughout California. 

Our experienced Business Brokers typically earn from $100,000 to $200,000 per year while our top producers earn over $500,000 annually!

LBA is a commission-based business brokerage firm.

Required Qualifications

  • Active California DRE salesperson or broker license
  • Sales experience and desire to learn 
  • Self-motivated
  • Passion for small business and entrepreneurship
